What it does
Daily plan
The day is a short list with the next task shown prominently. Big tasks can be split into steps of about five minutes, and unfinished ones carry over.
Medication reminders
Reminders for each medication and time of day. Taken and missed doses are logged and can be exported for a clinician.
Mood and energy
Recorded twice a day, with weekly trends.
Cognitive exercises
Five short games for working memory, inhibition and attention: n-back, Stroop, go/no-go, memory match and Simon. Progress is shown week by week.
Calming tools
A breathing guide, a grounding exercise and sensory screens for moments of overload.
Screening questionnaires
Five standard self-report scales: ASRS-5, AQ-10, CAT-Q, PHQ-9 and GAD-7. Results come with an explanation.
Clinician report
Screening results, exercise metrics, medication record and mood trend in one PDF to share with a therapist.
Accessibility
Dynamic Type, reduced motion, VoiceOver and a high-contrast mode.
